Team subscription bill calculator
Enter team size, paid roles, billing term and workspaces to get real monthly/yearly totals in each vendor's original currency — seat minimums and billing-unit differences included.
Automation
6 products · annual billingRows in non-USD currencies also show a USD equivalent (EUR→USD 1.09(2026-10-21 · manual budget assumption / 手动预算假设)); totals stay in the original currency.
Prices retain the recorded original currency and check date; annual rates are prorated monthly. USD equivalents use a manual budget assumption, not a live or verified FX quote. Free tier excludes trials. Verify prices on the linked official page before buying.
How this is computed
Seat-billed products cost unit price × max(paid seats, vendor minimum) per month; workspace/site/account-billed products cost unit price × number of workspaces. "Annual contract" uses each vendor's annual rate prorated to a month; "Month-to-month" uses the published monthly list price, and rows without one are flagged rather than silently converted. All totals stay in the original currency — nothing is merged across currencies or units.
FAQ
Why do seat counts not change some products' price?
Automation and some design tools bill per workspace, site or account rather than per person. For those rows the billed quantity is your workspace count, and seats only matter for seat-billed rows — the table shows which unit each product uses.
Where do makers vs viewers come in?
Viewers and read-only members are free on most of these products, so enter only paid roles (editors, makers, hosts) as seats. If a vendor charges for viewers too, use the override field to enter their per-seat price.
What does 'annual only' or 'monthly only' mean?
It means the vendor does not publish a list price for the other billing term. Annual-only rows keep the prorated contract rate when you pick monthly; monthly-only rows get no annual discount. The flag is shown instead of inventing a number.
Can I use a negotiated or regional price?
Yes — type it into the override field under any product's unit price and recalculate. The override applies only to this page's math; the source table keeps the official list price.
