How to read this table
Each row lists the vendor's entry paid plan in the original currency and billing unit from the official pricing page — per seat, per host, per workspace, per site or per account. Rows tagged "annual" are annual-contract rates prorated to a month; "monthly" rows are month-to-month list prices. Different units are not directly comparable, which is why flat-billed rows stay out of the cheapest-entry ranking and the sort control compares USD equivalents while the table shows the original currency.
FAQ
Are these monthly or annual prices?
It depends on the row — each shows a badge: 'annual' is the vendor's annual-contract rate prorated to a month, 'monthly' is the month-to-month list price. Enterprise tiers are quote-based and not listed.
Why do some rows show € or /account instead of $/seat?
The table reproduces each vendor's official list price in its original currency and billing unit. Rows billed per workspace, site or account are flagged and excluded from the 'cheapest seat' ranking because the units are not comparable.
Does a free tier mean a trial?
No. Free tier here means a permanent free plan — trials are not counted. Check seat and feature limits on the official page.
Why is my invoice higher?
Taxes, currency conversion, monthly billing, add-ons and seat minimums all move the final number. This table is a comparison baseline, not a quote.
